VILLAGE PARISH PLAN RESULTS EVENT

- Huge Success -

Just over 80 residents came, this was a superb turnout.  Sonia Frost , Parish Council, Chair, presented an overview of the recent survey results (this document will be available on the Parish Council website in due course) and Jonathan Sullivan , building surveyor , highlighted current maintenance issues with the village hall and potential options for the future. Both presentations were excellent and a wide range of questions were asked. Most residents stayed on for refreshments and it was a great opportunity to discuss and debate some of the interesting issues highlighted earlier in the formal meeting.  The Parish Council will finalise the updated Parish Plan at its next meeting on 20 March 2014.  A letter will be sent to all residents with an update as matters progress and to ask for volunteers for various steering / working groups.
